AGC Harvest Party
October 13, 2019
AGC Harvest Party & Trunk or Treat will be held October 13th 3:00 – 8:00 PM.
We ask that everyone please bring:
- A package of hot dogs
- A package of hot dog buns
- A soup or chili
- Bag of chips
- Dessert
- Enough drinks for your family and a guest.
- Please bring lawn chairs if possible.
Schedule
- 3pm-4:30pm
- Games, flag football, volleyball, basketball, and set up trunks
- 4:30pm-5:30pm
- Eat
- 5:30pm-6pm
- Clean Up
- EVERYONE should help clean up
- Trunk-or-Treat WILL NOT begin until all clean up is done.
- 6pm-6:30
- Worship at the Bonfire
- 6:30pm-7:30pm
- Trunk or Treat
- 7:30pm – 8:00pm
- Fellowship & Enjoy fire pits
Trunk or Treat Details
- Mission Themed: “Traveling For Treats”
- Choose your country. We can have multiples of same country.
- Sign up so we know how many spots to assign.
- Children can dress as people from that country or as a missionary!
